Important Information

For this match, all tickets must be collected in Prague. To collect, supporters must bring their physical passports, please note that copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted and tickets cannot be collected by third parties. 

These measures are in place to ensure that tickets are being used by genuine Arsenal supporters. Ahead of the game, all supporters will receive an email with the full collection details for Prague.   

We ask that you purchase a ticket only if you are planning to attend the match. Our goal is to ensure that as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend this game, and that our away support remains vibrant and passionate.  

If you fail to successfully scan the relevant away match ticket at the turnstile of the hosting club’s ground, resulting in the ticket not being used, we will remove any away loyalty points that have been credited to your membership account for the relevant away match. The club also reserves the right to implement further away point removals for repeated occurrences as set out under section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions Season 2025-2026.

Tickets for disabled supporters will be priced at the relevant age category and will include a complimentary personal assistant ticket, subject to eligibility.

Priority booking Period No.1 (PB:1) 

Tickets will go on sale on Monday 6th October at 10am to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 30+ Away points.

Priority booking Period No.2 (PB:2) 

Tickets will go on sale on Monday 6th October at 2pm to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 15+ Away points. 

Priority booking Period No.3 (PB:3) 

Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday 7th October at 10am to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with 5+ Away points. 

Priority booking Period No.4 (PB:4)

Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday 7th October at 2pm to all current disabled Platinum (Disability Access) and Gold (Disability Access) members with less than 5 Away points.

Priority booking Period No.5 (PB:5)

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 8th October at 10am to all current disabled Red (Disability Access) members with 15+ Away points.

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 8th October at 2pm to all current disabled Red (Disability Access) members with 5+ Away points.
