Mikel Merino, Martin Zubimendi and David Raya were among the 26-man squad to triumph at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, as they produced a dominant performance to wrestle the trophy from the 2022 champions.

Mikel and Martin were both introduced as substitutes in the final, with David having been part of a goalkeeper union under Luis de la Fuente which helped teammate Unai Simon win the Golden Glove award. La Roja conceded just one goal throughout the entire tournament in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
