We can confirm that all supporters who have purchased a pre-season package will receive a full refund following technical issues during Saturday’s live stream of our match against Girona.
The issue affected access to the stream through Arsenal.com and The Arsenal app, and is still being investigated. Whilst we continue to work on this, Wednesday’s match against Real Betis will not be shown on either platform.
REFUND INFORMATION
All supporters who bought a single game package to either Girona or Real Betis, or one of our multi-game bundles, are entitled to a full refund. Details for claiming this full refund are as follows, depending on where you made your purchase:
- If you bought through Arsenal.com or through Android/the Google Store, your refund will be processed automatically. You don’t need to do anything and your refund should be processed within 5-10 working days.
- If you bought through iOS/ the App Store, you must claim your refund via this link.
