IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

We would like to inform all Avenell Club, Platinum and Gold members that this game is not included in your Arsenal season ticket packages. Should you wish to attend this event, you must purchase a ticket. 

Avenell members can contact the Premium Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001 (option 1), should you wish to enquire about availability in the Avenell area.

SALES PHASES

Each sales phase will have booking fees of £1.65 per ticket, and all tickets for this event will be digital only (Apple or Android Wallet). Tickets and instructions for downloading them via the Ticket Hub will be sent in the lead-up to the fixture. 

In all sales windows, you can purchase up to six tickets per account, and there is a basket limit of 10 tickets.

PRICES

*Concession tickets can be purchased for Disabled Supporters, Juniors (18 and under), Young Adults (19-24) and Seniors (66+), subject to availability. 

Seat and entry checks will be performed on the day and if your ticket does not match the concession purchased, you may be refused entry into the stadium.

TICKET TRANSFER/TICKET EXCHANGE

Tickets will be made available to download via the Ticket Hub in the Arsenal App two weeks prior to the fixture. To make entry easier, we recommend using Ticket Transfer to send tickets to everyone attending.

Ticket Exchange will not be available for this fixture.

SAFEGUARDING

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending games at the Emirates Stadium. 

Any bookings for Juniors aged 13 and under that do not meet safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
